New in IC2007a: Viewer Improvements

• When moving the focus away from the viewer when searching for text in Acrobat Reader 8 an exception may occur. This is now fixed.
  
  
• When opening an AutoCAD drawing from the PowerUser while the viewer is open, could crash the PowerUser. This could happen in a specific situation where first AutoCAD 2007 and subsequently InnoCielo 2007 have been upgraded from previous versions. This is now fixed.
  
  
• When using the eDrawings viewer for SolidWorks drawings, Print Preview incorrectly showed more pages than were actually available. This is now fixed.
  
  
• When printing a document from within the PowerUser using Acrobat Reader print settings would be ignored, and A4 size paper would always be used. This is now fixed.
  
  
• While viewing a document in the PowerUser with the Acrobat Reader, printing a different document outside of the PowerUser with Acrobat would print the wrong document. This is now fixed.
  
  
• When using the Autodesk DWG TrueView viewer, the context menu contained the 'Viewer Options...' item also when the layers or views dialogs were active. Selecting this item at those moments would cause the PowerUser to become unresponsive. This is now fixed by removing the menu item in these situation.
  
  
• The Viewer Options did not show file extensions for the eDrawings viewer. This is now fixed.
  
  
• The InnoCielo Advanced Viewer now also views documents referenced by the current MicroStation DGN file. In order for this functionality to work the SkipSyncForView registry setting should not include the .DGN extension. This registry setting can be found under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Cyco\AutoManager Meridian\CurrentVersion\Client on each client computer.
  
  
• The eDrawings 2007 viewer was not correctly supported, resulting in thumbnails and preview not working as expected. This is now fixed, and a new file with updated registry settings is provided with the PowerUser installation.
  
  
• The InnoCielo Advanced Viewer could freeze the PowerUser for up to 2 minutes after editing a redline on a MicroStation drawing. This is now fixed.
  
  
• The AutoVueViewer did not display the Print Preview correct, but instead showed a blank page. This is now fixed.
  
  
• The AutoVueViewer would print only one document per session, and needed to be reloaded to enable printing again. This is now fixed.
  
  
• The e-mail button in Acrobat Reader did not work. This is now fixed for Acrobat Reader version 8. For version 7 and older this problem still exists.
  
  
• The Advanced Viewer setup did not add a directory to the Windows Path environment variable, causing the Advanced Viewer to produce an error when viewing a MicroStation drawing with an attached image. This is now fixed.
